 Fine Jewelry Care: Fine jewelry is delicate by nature. A secure fit is essential for protecting your ring. Please email us if you would like to have your ring re-sized. Remove your ring for the gym, gardening, washing dishes, saving the world, or any other activity that involves forcefully holding a metal object. Should you require care or repair for your ring at any time, please get in touch. We understand how important your ring is to you and we will be glad to repair it for you. There may be a small cost to your repair.

 Shipping & Packaging: Your S.Kind & CO. ethical fine jewelry will arrive in a beautiful cream colored flocked gift box which was made in Chicago. US orders are sent via USPS priority mail at no cost to you. International orders are sent FedEx Express International. International shipping fees vary depending on the value of your order and the country we are shipping to. You are responsible for all duties or taxes. Duties vary greatly by country, so please be sure to find out what the import duties are for fine jewelry in your region.  

  Returns & Exchanges: Made to order pieces are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.  One-of-a-kind pieces can be returned within 5 days of receipt in their original unworn condition. If we have sized a ring for you, or altered it in anyway, it can not be returned. However, it may be exchanged for store credit towards a purchase of equal or greater value for up to 10 days of receipt of the item (if returned in unworn condition) less a retroactive $60 sizing fee. Shipping fees and duties are not refundable. If you are unsure if your purchase is returnable please ask. If you would like to return one of our pieces please email us for instructions and a return code. We will not accept returns without a return code. We are not liable for lost packages. Please insure any shipment you send to us for the full value.

 Resizing & Repairs: Your purchase includes one free re-sizing. We want your ring to fit so please get in touch if you would like to have your ring resized. We are happy to take care of all other repairs and adjustments for you. There may be a cost to other repairs. Fine jewelry does occasionally require maintenance and we would love to help you maintain your S.Kind piece for the years to come!  

 Bespoke Designs: Many of our designs are customizable, in some cases we can add pavé, or make a similar ring for you in a different metal color or with a different gemstone, and are happy to do so when possible without a minimum or additional design fee.  We also occasionally take on custom design projects. We love sourcing unique ethical gemstones and designing special pieces for them. If you have a custom project in mind, please get in touch. Our current bespoke minimum is $5000 (towards the total cost of your project). You will work with us personally at every stage of the process as we work towards creating the perfect design. Custom and customized work can not be refunded or exchanged. 

 Viewing Appointments: If you would like to see a particular piece in person, viewings are available in Manhattan by appointment several days each month. Please get in touch to find out available dates. 

 Sales and Promotions:  We do not hold sales on our S. Kind & Co. fine jewelry. Please feel free to email us at hello@skind.nyc for suggestions within your budget. We are always happy to help and we are great at coming up with creative suggestions in each budget. We occasionally hold giveaways or promotional contests conducted via our Instagram @skindco. Any contest prize, gift, or promotion offered has no cash value, is not transferable or refundable, and is one time use only. It may only be used by an eligible recipient within the specific terms of the contest.
