This ring features a classic Antique Old Cut Diamond - an increasingly difficult diamond to hunt down as their popularity soars. Old Mine Cut and Old European Cut Diamonds were cut by true artists who could take the roughest diamond and make it glow from the inside with white light flowing across its broad facets. The sparkle and brilliance of an Old Cut Diamond is more brush stroke light then the pinprick light of its modern contemporary, the Round Brilliant Cut. This particular stone is slightly included but those inclusions are not visible to the untrained eye making this ring a truly incredible value. The softness of the rose gold compliments the fluted cup setting - inspired by an antique Georgian setting - which gently holds the diamond for all to admire.
